RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through www.bala-fit.com. The online store is operated by Bala Onderhoud, trading as Bala Fit.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

If the final day of this period falls on a weekend or an officially recognised public holiday, the period will be extended until the next working day.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please notify us within the withdrawal period by emailing info@bala-fit.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Log in to your customer account to start your request.

After notifying us of your return, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
